This is a really cool cocktail dress with great details! The front is quite standard, with a slight scoop neck and defined waist. Turn it around and that's where the flair is! The back is open, with a strap that goes across the center of your back, snapping on the other side. The snap is hidden by a large black fabric buckle. The great thing is, this strap hides your bra! There is a corresponding buckle at the waist on the other side. Below this, there is a small zipper. The waist rises in front, and there are gathers beneath the bust, separated by a vertical panel. The skirt is slightly gathered at the waist and is fully lined.. I have lightened one of the photos so you can see the buckle detail. The label inside reads Simpson's Salon Vendome.
