Backrest cushion bolts to the reversible pilot seat used on many Boston Whaler boats with the fiberglass backrest. It can also be used on other boats with similar setups.  Made from UV resistant marine grade vinyl, 2" Ultra High density foam, 3/4" treated plywood and stainless hardware.
